Provide a literature review of (40 OR MORE) PRIMARY peer reviewed literature articles (2017 or greater in year date) as cited sources reflecting the background history of Black women executive leaders in nonprofit inclusion of: (1) Black women executive leaders lack of representation and why (2) Black women executive leaders lack of representation in the nonprofit sector and why (3) history of intersectionality for Black women (4) historical struggles of Black women (i.e., statistical implications of single-motherhood, fatherless, racism, the need to resilient and why, poverty, 1st generation graduates) Vs. white women and Vs. black men (5) define and provide historical context of both Nonprofit Organizations (NPO) and Nongovernmental Organizations (NGO) – differences and similarities AND explain how Black women executive leadership is or lack thereof within each organization type and why….Please NOTE: This is Chapter 2 of my dissertation on the topic as listed above therefore, it is imperative to follow the precise instructions provided with the attached PNG’s.
